  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying models, or ideas of the Service.
  • Do not use the Service’s outputs, results, or data to create, train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve any AI model, dataset, or service that competes with BetterAI, unless expressly permitted by a separate written agreement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BETTERLABS LLC OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
